From the Paradise of Bali: Student Voices from the Bali Adventure 2025

This year's Bali adventure was truly one to remember. While we revisited iconic highlights like the sacred Tirta Empul Water Temple, the majestic cliffs of Uluwatu, the mystical Tanah Lot, the lush rice terraces, the serene charm of Ubud, powerful encounters like meeting a pranic healer and taking in the stunning Seminyak sunsets, this journey offered something even more magical.
We had the rare opportunity to take part in the Ogo Ogo Festival, a vibrant and symbolic celebration marking the Balinese New Year 1947. The atmosphere was electric - full of colour, music and cultural richness that left everyone deeply moved.
Our adventures took us even further this time, exploring the magnificent Kanto Lampo Waterfalls, the spiritual serenity of Goa Gojah (Elephant Cave), the breathtaking Heaven's Gate and the untouched beauty of Virgin Beach in East Bali. We visited Besakih Temple, the largest and most sacred temple on the island, nested on the slopes of Mount Batur and gazed upon the impressive Agung Volcano standing proudly in the distance.
What made this retreat even more special was the intimacy of our small group - a community of kindred spirits seeking both discovery and transformation.
Here is a heartfelt testimonial from Diana, one of our participants:
A dream of mine - to visit Bali - came true just recently. This was made possible thanks to Tsveti. I joined the yoga retreat she organised and had a magical experience. Beyond all the incredible cultural impressions Bali had to offer, this journey also had a profound effect on my health. I had been experiencing pain in my left arm and generally across the left side of my back for quite some time. Thanks to the daily yoga sessions, Balinese massages and pranic healing, I am now completely free of pain and feel much more flexible and mobile.
Unfortunately, our Western civilisation often approaches the wisdom and knowledge of the East with skepticism, but that only holds us back. I am a living example that by healing the soul. we heal the body as well.
Thank you, Tsveti!
